“I seek in every picture to transmit the truth, in each look an emotion, and in each movement the feeling that you are present in the moment.”

Bio

I was born by the sea in 1994 and spent my formative years in Estoril , surrounded by my loving (and loud) family. At 14, I received my first camera and together, we discovered the magic of image-making. We learned about light, color, and the endless emotions that can be conveyed through film. Fast forward to age 17, I enrolled in a Photography and Visual Culture course, where I spent three years learning new concepts and techniques, and developing a newfound love for cinema, illustration, and painting. In 2015, I participated in the LADE College's Creative Week and, with the LX Creative team, managed to snag 7th place. As a reward, I was offered an internship at the advertising agency Funny How, where I've been snapping photos for various projects and campaigns ever since. In 2017, I took on a new challenge by interning at a wedding planning company. In addition to photographing nuptials, I also learned about event decoration and organization. Plus, I even made a few things for some brides (no pressure). From there, I started taking photos for television and fell head over heels for the Plateau. I've participated in various projects and short films as a photographer, assistant director, and producer. On the side, I enjoy illustrating and painting, and have even been in a few collective exhibitions. Recently, I crossed off a long-standing item on my bucket list by becoming a tattoo artist. Drawing has always been a passion of mine, and now I get to do it permanently.
